Hoopers I have felt for quite sometime now are way overpriced. A couple years ago I inquired about have a good chain broken into a chain/bracelet. The quote OVER $1000! Took it to jewelry by Sanders in Oshawa and they did it for less than $300. Just today I called about a 377 watch battery and was told it would be $15. Went to the Oshawa mall and got it for $7. I’m new to Bowmanville and have never been to such a lovely jewelry store. Hoopers staff are very helpful and their products are well priced and gorgeous!!!!
Have been going to Hooper's for years. Recently had my diamond fall out of my engagement ring, was repaired quickly and very reasonable price. Always great service!!
Brought a charm bracelet that had belonged to my nana in for cleaning and repair along the clasp. I called and inquired about dropping it off, was able to bring it that same day without an appointment. The bracelet was ready for pickup within days and the difference is insane. 60 years of wear and discolouring are gone at the chain was replaced. It looks almost new. The price was more than reasonable, would highly recommend.
