Ken came out on a Sunday when our RV hydraulic pump failed. He diagnosed the problem, helped us order the part, and helped us hook up manually so we could get back on the road. Fair and fast. Highly recommend!
We have a travel trailer. Didn't expect the unusally cold weather in November 2022. Our unit had not been winterized. I foyund Ken, called him and pronto, he came to our RV storage place and completer the job. Highly reccommended Ken.
So kind, so prompt, excellent service and quite knowledgeable!
Ken was wonderful. We had an issue with our awning which he resolved. He always communicated with us about our service call. I would definitely use him again !!! Wonderful service.
Ken was fantastic. Helped me work through an electrical issue with my leveling jacks. Was very responsive and took his time to answer all of my annoying questions. 10/10 would use his services again.
