Tracy Hooper NP is amazing. Today I had to be referred out to 4 specialist and I needed and an evaluation for a wheelchair. And within 3 hours I had three appointments for the 4 specialist I needed an appointment for. I have that evaluation for my wheelchair scheduled. To me that is an amazing job to have all that done in such a short time. I also got the number for the surgeon I needed from them and called and got me an appointment with a surgeon. Not a good place to go for health care needs. Tracy is ok but just ok. Not real concerned or helpful. I got rescheduled 3 different times. Then after i finally got a physical i had to call and call to know the results. At one point there was a lady's which was receptionist told me there was a emergency so i would just have to call back later. That was real professional! I would not recommend anyone to go or even take their pet cat or dog. I will not be returning to this unhelpful, unprofessional, doctors office
