Jon Loschi of Hooper Mitchell & Associates was such a blessing to my family during a very challenging time. He was professional, responsive, transparent, and thoroughly explained the different aspects of each step. His defense investigator was incredibly thorough and empathetic. His co-counselor was also personable and clear in his explanations. An all-around great time to have!
Katelynn Mitchell and her colleague Merritt Decker are the main reason my husband lost 50/50 custody of his children to their abuser! To say she's a horrible attorney would be an understatement. She failed him and his children on so many levels, and refused to do even the most simple things in a custody case like getting financials from the other party, doing a discovery, and submitting a parenting plan.
