The website is awful. I received a 10% off coupon FROM THEM and tried to order. I couldn't sign in and couldn't reset my password. I tried to contact them to fix it but was told "The account system is still new I will have to talk to my manager about what may be going on." and still was not able to sign in. Finally I called and she didn't know anything about the coupon. I was directed to Melco, who doesn't even have one of the products I wanted, and the coupon code I was given in the email doesn't work there either. I was re... read more

RecommendedI’ve got a few things from them and pretty disappointed with the last! Laser alignment tool is great idea, and worked ok until lens fell off. Only had it for a couple of weeks, and they wanted me to pay to fix!
