Garbage company. Pay $30 to expedite shipping- they just steal your money. There is no expediting. They work on one speed, and one speed only. Do not shop here do not bother giving them money, the merchandise was like a cricut-made in your mom's basement type quality, by someone who just learned. They are totally aware about their shipping scam and they will keep your money citing its company policy. Clearly company policy is to scam the customer.
Great product, fast service! Contacts you when soon as items are dropped off at post office and keeps you posted throughout the whole process until u get it! Great job #HOOPCULTURE
