I hate writing negative reviews, but as someone who has spent time at Hooligans in West Fargo, I’m genuinely concerned about the direction this restaurant and bar has taken over the last two months. The decline has been noticeable, and in my opinion, much of it starts with management. Paula, as the manager, should be setting the standard for professionalism, customer service, and employee treatment. The food was decent. My server never came by to refill my drink, so that kind of sucked, but maybe ill swing by again sometime and hope for a better experience.
The food is good. Service is average. Decor is average. Cost is outrageous!!
