Because of island weather, we had to rearrange some excursions - went to the spa and inquired about not only rescheduling for a couple of days later but adding a second appointment - they said we still had to pay a 50% penalty for today so instead of making $500 on Monday - they took my $100 cancellation fee for today - much better business practices and employee training needed
Kateri is a gifted, well trained and experienced massage therapist. I especially enjoyed her hot rock deep tissue massage. Very expensive (over $300 for 50 minutes, including hefty Hawaiian taxes and automatic 20% tip), even by resort standards, but worth it as a once in a lifetime experience.
