These guys went Above and Beyond for me. Last summer I rented an articulating boom lift to scrape and paint the front of my house. The owner and his son came out three separate times... the first to help align this beast perfectly so i could reach all of my house while simultaneously avoiding the powerlines... it was very tricky to get it in Right position, then twice to help me Turn the beast On (I am so-not-mechanics savvy and it required a knowledgeable touch).
