I have been here twice both times the staff has been great. I went in to get air hoses for my dad and even though they don't cost much they gave them to me. I would highly recommend them.
I switched my CPAP Equipment maintenance to Hooks over the company I used prior. That was a mistake, Hooks didn’t file with my insurance the original replacement parts even though I gave them my insurance card. So now they won’t refile the claim and bc of their mistake I have to pay 100% instead of filing with insurance. This business refused to own their mistake. Won’t do business again with them.

My CPAP mask broke so I needed one quickly. I googled available places in my area and Hook's came up. When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady with a Taylor Swift calendar on the wall. She showed me to the CPAP supply room and got me squared away very quickly. The service was excellent and I highly recommend stopping by if you need medical supplies.
