Customer service needs some work. Whoever answers the phones and monitors emails needs to learn how to work with customers, not belittle them. I have had this alarm company for 5 years and don't see the value in their services anymore. The lady on the phone seemed offended that I did not wish to renew my contract with them.
We had a whole house alarm installed. Their prices were reasonable and their service was exceptional. I highly recommend Hooks Burglar and Fire Alarm.

I have been using this company for the last 6 years, Shain and his employees have always been very helpful. Between the technical support I have received, and the accommodations of setting up new systems and devices at additional locations has been superb.
We have been with this company for 10+ years and have never been given the run around. Have been waiting for over two months to have our system looked at. Never again 👎🏼👎🏼
