Office staff very unorganized and seemingly clueless as to there roles in the office; Especially "so called office manager" very rude and argumentative. She threw me out of the office after a 20 mile drive there. Dr. Hooker is the best! Thats the only reason have taken such abuse.
If you truly love your loved one and have a different doctor to go to, go there.
