My family is long time customers of Hooker Appliances. I personally just bought a new home and chose to get my appliances from hookers (supporting local) instead of a bigger retailer. The purchase process went smooth. But, I will warn, if you have a brand new home pick up the appliances on your own. DO NOT GO WITH HOOKER DELIVERY. Before they even stepped foot in my house I explained that I was concerned about damage and if there was any risk to leave it on my porch and we would bring it in and install it on our own.
