The park is in great location. It is a new park built on to an older mobile home park. The new sites are very nice concrete pads with wide concrete roads. The place will be very nice once they get some better grass and get the area around the "pond" cleaned up. The park manager was very nice and helpful. There were just a few things that we feel need to be addressed. The water pressure is very low. Lots of stickers in the grass. I've lived here for over a year now and it is great but it needs someone to cover the office on the weekends otherwise it's a great place to live
