It would take a book to describe my issues with this practice. Suffice it to say that after 4 years of administrative inefficiency, ineptness in dealing with patients (me), I am changing providers. Terri Barnhart was great, but the front desk could certainly use some training in handling patient interactions. I am done.

Mary is great the staff is friendly but the referrals are rediculous I really need to see the Endocrinologist and neurologist. The girl who does referrals is not doing her job I have been waiting over a month and she still doesn't have my referral set up. Think I might change insurance and go back to my other Dr
