I really wanted to love this place, especially because we were excited to try somewhere new, and I completely understand that a new restaurant deserves a little grace while they get up and running. Unfortunately, though, this one just wasn’t worth the trip for us. The food was underwhelming for the price, and the service really made the experience difficult. Skeptical if we will return or not, server was nice but service fairly slow for check-ins and food/drinks to come out for a generally not busy Monday afternoon. They were out of 4-5 apps/entrees - the smash burger was good along with the mussels. We also ordered two salmons over ramen, but found out after it hit the table, that they were out of ramen and it was replaced with under cooked rice. The bokchoy was not properly cleaned and was gritty, but the restaurant itself was clean and nice.
