Amber was fantastic!!
I typically love eating here at hook and reel! The food is always to par however the last time went i placed a pick up order around 10:30 paid nearly $40 for my small catch for it to not have sausages in it. This was my only disappointment. Outside of this my food tasted good.
This was our first time there and we had Romee as our waitress she was so sweet and beyond helpful!! Not to mention the food was just as amazing!
Romee was our waitress and I’m shocked by reading other comments that she has been there so long. She was slow, forgot item we asked for and never refilled drinks until we caught her. Never explained how the menu worked we just guessed. Now the boil was decent so 4 stars for that. Took a star off for dessert. We were looking forward to what their table menu displays as a Reese’s peanut butter cake. It shows a layer cake with frosting. We ordered one to share. My family & I went here & the server we had her name was Ben he was literally the best server we’ve ever had. We didn’t have to ask for a thing it was like he read our minds each time we needed something. He was patient & understanding (it was our first time). He made the experience over the top! Food was great! I give it a 10/10. Ask for Ben when you try this place!
