Disappointed with Service from Janise! I had a very disappointing experience at Hook & Reel tonight. The service was slow, and our waitress had a rude, nasty and unwelcoming attitude from the moment we sat down. She seemed irritated whenever we asked questions or made simple requests, which made the entire dining experience uncomfortable. I’ve been to this location several times but on this particular visit we met one extraordinary employee and her name was “Moe” Not only was Moe super friendly and have an infectious personality. She knew that menu so well she was able to recommend dishes we never tried. She also told us that she normally works as the Bartender, that really impressed me that she’s willing to fill in where help is needed. The food was amazing just as she said it would be.
