This place needs new service staff and a new manager. The food was good, but the service sucked!!!even the manager was rude.
I had to wait 35 minutes for my drink and the service was very slow I was going ot order food and change my mind
I love this Hook & Reel! The food is always so good, customer service is always quick, especially when I’m at the bar with Jeffrey! They make the best drinks and it’s always a great vibe inside.
