Very detail in cleaning our fireplace. Knowledgeable. Hook and Ladder will be my go to for duct and fire place cleaning.
They came and were in and out in under 15 minutes which gave me pause. Prior our dryer was not drying clothes anymore so we wanted to check it wasn’t just the vent. He said it was clear and that our dryer was no longer even turning on. So I ordered a new dryer. After I realized he hadn’t plugged it back in properly. I had a great experience using Hook N Ladder to clean a neglected dryer vent and would highly recommend them. It was much easier to book an appointment using their website than dealing with one of their competitors over email and the price for the service was better as well. Gary showed up early and immediately assessed that we had a disconnected dryer hose based on my reporting steam and dampness in the laundry room.
