Hook Line and Paddle have outstanding service and knowledge of Thule Roof Racks. I ordered mine over the phone from them and it arrived in 2 days later. They did a free build and installation of the rack on my Jeep. You don't get that kind of service by ordering online. A great Local Store & Supplier.
My wife and daughter spent $2000.00 on Thule equipment and one piece was for a bar that is needed for the two hullavator racks for their kayaks. Dan and owner Chris refused to give me a refund on the which they insisted was the bar for our SUV Which in fact was the wrong size. They said the box had been opened by us and that they couldn't resell it and thus they would only give me a credit. The guys are great and very knowledgeable about all the kayaks, gear and local spots to go. We have bought several kayaks and will continue to support this business.
