Made a deal with agent Shirley Velasco to purchase a home that recently dropped in price by 10k. We verbally agreed on a cash price about 2% less than her asking price. She sends a contract for me to sign within a few hours but with the sellers name “YiYi Construction and Processing”. Apparently she also owns this business. This name is different from the county records for this property so I inquired about this. She tells me that the county had not changed it yet but it is recorded at the county clerk. Great realtor We have used several realtors in the last 25 years and Ginny is by far the best. She was always right on top of everything in regard to the selling of our house.
