Went in for a much needed audio upgrade and they got me in fast and the price and quality were both amazing
Had CarPlay installed in December by Ken, installation went well and his communication with me was great. I felt good about the customer service. My issue was with a subsequent visit - I called because I had an issue I wanted them to take a look at. I asked if Ken was available and I was told he was out of town but I could bring the car in and that it would only take about 20-30 mins. Got my car rewired and an amp from this place. Was way over charged. Within 2 weeks the amp blew 2 sets of speakers. I found out the amps they sell push dirty power which is why my stuff fried. When I contacted them and asked to return amp within my 30 warranty period was told I wouldn’t receive full refund only half of what I paid for the amp.. very unsatisfied with this place I’ve had system in my car for multiple years and never had any troubles like I did after dealing with them.
