I have one of their 1st 'tie bars'. It's a razor that opens and a blade (dull) pops out. Very cool.
Horrible customer service! My 2 week order turned into a 15 week nightmare. The company would promise to call back and what happened? No call back. When I voiced my concerns, my order was canceled out of spite. I did not get an apology for the order being so late. The sales person didn't even have the courage to call me and tell me that my order was going to be canceled. They did it without notifying me before. If you want better and faster service, try the DMV.
