These guys have been awesome from start to finish, just purchased 2015 bucket truck from them, Zach was my primary contact and he had excellent communication the whole time. As soon as we got the truck, the transmission broke down. The dealer only contributed $1,000 toward the repairs and then sent a replacement transmission that didn’t even fit the truck. Because of that, I had to have the original transmission rebuilt, which cost me about $6,000, plus another $2,800 in labor. The communication throughout the entire process was terrible.
