My boyfriend has had his black titanium hook bracelet for years and it started to look worn out and it also became very loose on him. The clerk at the shop in STJ was kind enough to remind us that it has a lifetime warranty, so that's when I contacted Joe at The Hook Company via email to let him know the situation. He was very helpful and told me to send the bracelet and pay a small S&H/processing fee and so I mailed it the next day! I received the Black Titanium for Christmas, and I was in love ❤️, but it was a little bigger than I liked. We reached out to see about exchanging for a smaller size and were contacted back within the hour. We got the original bracelet sent back and were impressed to see that the replacement went into the mail the same day. This company has impressed me not only with beautiful and unique jewelry, but also amazing customer service and support.
I can’t say enough about the quality customer service and product this company has. The president was very patient with me and handled every problem with a outside company that was selling his product. He made sure size and the exact bracelet I wanted was correct. He had the order sent out quick and promptly. I highly recommend this product and company to anyone that is looking at wearing the history of the Hook Company!

Just got my bracelet today, and absolutely love it! I bought a cheap tent city one 4 years ago when I got married in St.Thomas and got what I paid for. I can tell this one will last for many many years to come 😍
5 STARS Absolutely the best customer service ever! I ordered black titanium for my sons birthday 7.5, when I received it I second guessed my size decision. Because I live close by Joe offered to meet me with the exchange for an 8! Then after 6 months of wear my son decided it was too big and I easily exchanged back to a 7.5 for a very small fee. You just can’t beat The Hook Company!
