This company charged me 650 dollars for “required building permits” never got any did about 90% of the work and now I can’t move forward or find anyone to finish it because of “liability” I discussed with DAVE that the other quote I received did not include permits or inspections and I was going with his company because he was charging me 650 dollars for all required permits now I’m out of almost 18,000
