Thank you Al for going above and beyond to find the exact butcher block top we were looking for. He searched every single store and had it shipped from Farmington to Fenton, and that saved us so much time and gas. Appreciate you very much.
Decent selection but the staff is pretty clueless. One of the kitchen design girls always seems bothered to have to get off her phone to place an order.
The store itself has a decent selection and some cute decor. The customer service, however, was deplorable. I had two desk gals and three floor dudes that just watched us try and match tiles ourselves without offering any type of check in or help. When I asked for help, the lady behind the counter seemed put out and hateful. She ended up asking someone else to help us because she couldn’t be bothered. Disappointing experience and hope they find employees that are more polite and helpful.
