The store itself has a decent selection and some cute decor. The customer service, however, was deplorable. I had two desk gals and three floor dudes that just watched us try and match tiles ourselves without offering any type of check in or help. When I asked for help, the lady behind the counter seemed put out and hateful. She ended up asking someone else to help us because she couldn’t be bothered. Disappointing experience and hope they find employees that are more polite and helpful.

They work with me to find what I needed, and they were very patient.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The products are good quality at reasonable prices. I’ll go there any time we’re making improvements to our home.
