Tried for over a month to use them for a kitchen remodel, they are extremely difficult to get a hold of and often take days just to return a call, Katie the designer is extremely rude and has the attitude that clearly doesn't want to sell anything to anyone -- acts like everything is impossible no matter how easy you are. Sure they might be slightly cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot, but you are going to pay for it by having to spend 100+ hours trying to work with them and having to do most of it yourself anyways.
