This place has came a long way, I'm 50 plus mind you. The service is impeccable and alot of good deals to be found.
Fun, easy, and above and beyond that’s what it was like working with Sam Simon at Hood in Saint Peter’s. We worked with him as our designer. Our experience was amazing. He is just wonderful, professional, and really cares. He truly exceeded our expectations. To give you an example, he even text us from his vacation when we had a question. I had a very bad experience here. I bought hardwood floor and one of the guy tried to load a box which is torn open and few strips of wood were missing. I told not to load that box and bring another one. He had the audacity to say take it or leave it. The manager apologized onbehalf of the guy for namesake when i complained and didnt assure it wont happen again.
