We have shopped Hoods for years, three houses, three different locations in Mo and all of our cabinets for the kitchens came from Hoods Stores near our locations. Great friendly staff, knowledgable, friendly, and so helpful. We just got our cabinets two weeks ago but started having the installed yesterday and about 90% installed appliances to install also. Purchased over $4000. in flooring. Picked it up today. Two employees loaded the pallet of flooring with a skidsteer in my truck. Asked them twice about strapping down the flooring. Both told my not necessary with the weight. One block from Hoods in Farmington the pallet slid and off goes my flooring. Called the manager. Zero help. Employees told him I didn't want it strapped.
