Learned from Facebook this place is going out of business and the guy never mentioned this over the phone. Guy is very rude and totally unprofessional.

It's unfortunate when people judge you by your appearance and helicopter you. There's many hat shops, boys. Nice hats, but I won't buy after you're rude.
