Dr Vicki is the absolute best. She’s knowledgeable, informative, and gets the job done correctly. You’d be a fool to not go to her for ALL your dental work.

UPDATE: The only tooth that Dr. Richline did the filing on it turned to be there was still cavities under it, so my new clinic re-did it!!!!! Worse experience ever. My first appointment was simply just taking x-rays, it took the new assistant an hour and a half to do that. It was so painful, and my gums were sore, but she stated that she’s sorry and she’s learning. I wanted to go with my gut feeling and cancel them but I wanted to give Dr. Richline a chance. Dr Vicki & her staff have always given amazing service every time I come in, she takes care of her patients and creates a welcoming environment. She’s made my ortho process stress free and I’m so appreciative. 10/10 recommend:)
I didn't enjoy their xraying process. The mouthpiece cut my mouth in multiple spots. I didn't feel very comfortable at one appointment when I came in to have my filings fixed. I felt like I had to convince the dentist that I was in pain. When later I mentioned that to them, there wasn't much of an apology. They just said they would never act in a way to make me uncomfortable, and I am always welcome there. They also told me that it is very normal to need 1-2 adjustments on my fillings, but every person I have asked has said ... read more
