For the last 13 years, Ken and Anthony at Hood Star have been such a great addition to Chilliwack. My wife and I had been bringing our Z4 here for the last 6 years and we always knew we were getting the best service in the valley. As such, we are SO disappointed to see that they've closed shop. Absolutely phenomenal service. Took the time To explain what might be wrong with my vehicle. Will be visiting anytime my Mercedes needs work.
No one owning a Mercedes wants to pay for repairs. But these guys are 1st class and make the pill easy to swallow. Ken is first class and sticks to the quote. My tune up is done as well as my brakes. Too bad Ken isn't a football fan. Cheers guys! Job well done!
I phoned in to ask a question on some engine codes i have and the process onto how i should proceed, and the representive i spoke with Ken has not only offered his expertice on the matter but is going above and beyond and looking into a code further to help me better understand my options. Top notch service highly reccomend!!!!!
