My name is Scottie Thao. I'm an employee at Arden Hills , Mn Hood Packaging as a Converter operator trainee . My first day of work was 10/14/24. Initially i was stationed on the Hudson Sharp machines as a catcher . Everyone mentioned they were all very new . John, Manni, and Tai were stationed on Hudson 3. Xiong, Xang , Pao and I were stationed on Hudson 2. Due to short staff and everyone being new, we weren't operating on Hudson 1 and B&B.
