Mr. Hood was nice and provided the home inspection on time and the report was prompt. I was disappointed on the lack of report details compared to others I had previously. The report is check mark application with pictures. He didn't include obvious minor repairs. We had to call, after the report, to find out if the dryer was electric or gas.
I found a home in Cottondale and hired Alan Hood to inspect it before I bought because I needed to know what I was getting! I called and got service the same day! Alan even let me tag along with him as he inspected everything!
