They charged me 100 dollars to inspect the problem they wanted 10000 dollars to fix it and change the whole system they changed a part that was not the problem and now they send me the receipt for the cost of the part but it doesn't work but they said that was the problem. I contacted another company and they charged me 350 dollars. They only had to change one piece and they did it wrong and they are charging me I will pay them to make them feel good. Cory provided excellent service from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly. The work was done well, and he left everything clean before he left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
On a very hot day recently our air conditioner was not cooling. We got service, from Tucker, on the same day as our call. So grateful to him and HOOD for the quick service and "cool" air. (in Manhattan).
I've had Hood out for several things. Adding new plumbing and exterior hydrants, adding electrical outlets outside, and now fixing water heater and water heater circuit breakers......Its been flawless each time. The employees were constantly working, not hanging around idle. They explained to me what they were doing. Allowed me to ask dozens of questions and gave me answers. I had them replace a HVAC system in my house. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. They were on time and cleaned up inside and outside our house when they finished the job. I will definitely call them again when needed!
