I had them replace a HVAC system in my house. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. They were on time and cleaned up inside and outside our house when they finished the job. I will definitely call them again when needed!
I fired them before they even had a chance to come out. They said they would be here between 10:00 and 12:00 and I waited around and had to go back to work. I called them and they said oh we're not going to be able to be out there till 1:00, but nobody called me to let me know that so I called Bob's plumbing A/C and Heating and they came out right away.

Was dual military at Riley and bought a house in Manhattan. Don’t let them near your home! We bought a house and Hood Heating and Air “supposedly” inspected the HVAC before we purchased and gave it a thumbs up. These clowns never opened and inspected the AC coils in both units which were completely rusted through and destroyed. Cost us $17K in new systems. If they can’t tell a rusted out coil that’s dripping through the unit then they are either incompetent or falsified paperwork. Definitely can’t be trusted!!! //Edit 02/24/... read more
