I fired them before they even had a chance to come out. They said they would be here between 10:00 and 12:00 and I waited around and had to go back to work. I called them and they said oh we're not going to be able to be out there till 1:00, but nobody called me to let me know that so I called Bob's plumbing A/C and Heating and they came out right away.

Was dual military at Riley and bought a house in Manhattan. Don’t let them near your home! We bought a house and Hood Heating and Air “supposedly” inspected the HVAC before we purchased and gave it a thumbs up. These clowns never opened and inspected the AC coils in both units which were completely rusted through and destroyed. Cost us $17K in new systems. They came to my home in December to replace what I thought would a simple part in my Tankless Water heater. Long story short multiple visits and attempts were made to fix the unit, but it had to be replaced. They fully completed the repairs in early April, but they only charged me for the cost of the new unit and installation of it. Their technicians were friendly and respectful and when I called to ask questions and updates I received them with no issues. So I would recommend this company.
