I've been buying from hood for years and I've had only good experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful.
I have been a customer of Hood products for 20 years or more and except for rude phone etiquette from some of the customer service employees the products are very good. That is until my last order of 15 minute wiping stain. I opened the can after shaking it and then stirred for a few minutes.I then applied it to the oak table I was working on and noticed there was almost no color.and the viscosity was much thinner than the stains I had used for many years.
