I had to go in after my father's death to transfer titles and take care of this type of probate business. I had no idea what to do. I was so overwhelmed with everything. The staff working at the Acton location that day were very friendly and helpful. I was helped by a lady named Cathy K. She explained how to fill out all the forms and was very courteous and kind.
