I had to go in after my father's death to transfer titles and take care of this type of probate business. I had no idea what to do. I was so overwhelmed with everything. The staff working at the Acton location that day were very friendly and helpful. I was helped by a lady named Cathy K. She explained how to fill out all the forms and was very courteous and kind. I went here to have titles transferred and registration performed on a boat, as they do not perform boat transfers in my neighboring county. The first individual I met with was very rude about the paperwork being old, as beige paper was all I had to print them on. The titles were also original from 1990. They were upset they hadn't had their lunch break yet, and had me move over to an empty spot until another individual arrived back from their lunch break.
