What a great experience doing the Wild Mushrooms of the Olympic Peninsula – Field Tour with Hood Canal Adventures. The shop was very inviting, the owner was extremely friendly, and they had a great selection of books and other materials. They helped me choose a great book for indentification. Super fun time with knowledgeable guides.
Excellent tour with loads of information whether you are looking for detailed scientific species info or high level "just help me find a basic mushroom". We found a few edible mushrooms, but mostly this is a teaching session in the woods.
