I would give a zero if I could. They had my Saab for over 2 weeks to look at the air conditioner, the window and a possible muffler issue. Needless to say nothing was done to it. They didn't charge me but it cost me almost $200 in a rental car because of the length of time they had my car. Not only did they did nothing but when we called or when my husband went there to get my keys no one was there and no one returned our calls after leaving several messages trying to get my keys. Bill Hood took care of our family's fleet of cars for years, but more than that, he looked out for our family's well-being and safety in his repair work and recommendations. There is quite literally no one I would trust more with our vehicles. I only regret that we've moved too far away to continue being his customers.
The Best of the Best!!! If you want a Honest, sincere, friendly trustworthy mechanic then this is the place to take your vehicle. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

5 star all the way I've went to Bill Hood for every single car I have owned for every problem from a window not working all the way up to some engine failure problems and same thing for my mom's cars and my father's cars as well.
