We had a whole new unit installed. The office staff was wonderful to work with, the service team was great. We have zero complaints. They provided temporary relief until we could get installed and actually bumped us up when they had a cancellation. They were nothing short of wonderful to work with! They even follow up to make sure everything is up to our expectations
Excellent! Technician knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Aleana, who scheduled the appointment, was very helpful as well. She helped me schedule and after hours appointment for AC unit during a heat advisory, but then she was notified of a cancellation and was able to bump my appointment up. Thank you, Hoock’s Heating and Cooling!
Hoock's was great. Aaron came out to the house to fix our AC and everything went perfect. Aaron was very knowledgeable and was very quickly to troubleshoot, repair, and gave us very good advice on how to prevent future issues. Prices was very reasonable as well. Hoock's will definitely be our AC company in the future.
