My wife and I decided it was time to consider replacing our 18 year old Lennox HVAC system while the federal tax credit exists. We solicated four quotes from area heating & cooling contractors in the Lake Saint Louis area. One of the contractors we contacted was Hoock's Heating and Cooling. James was great! He was so polite and professional! I really enjoyed inviting him into my house to check my furnace and make sure it is ready for the coming winter.
Best HVAC company I have ever used! Scheduled my appointment right away. Aaron was great and explained what was going on with my furnaces. Highly recommend! Signed up for twice a year maintenance for both upstairs and downstairs units
I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to Russ and Hoock's! He deserves ALL the stars. We had a new Trane AC/furnace installed on our new build by an apparently, reputable local company in Troy. The furnace would never keep up from day one and we had to run 4 space heaters with the biggest Trane electric furnace sold to get the unit to kick off.
