I am from Evergreen and was impressed with the initial conversations with JP. I had the pleasure of working with the owner Bret and JP. They were both fantastic! Zero pressure for the trade in of my car. I am very much looking forward to working with them in the future and yes driving a ways away for this dealership! Totally worth it! Five stars to Brett and JP at Hoo for an amazing deal on my new 2015 Ford F150. We came to see another truck and Brett showed us something more suitable - at a lower price. We had a check engine light go on - and JP got it in and fixed. Highly recommend - this is the way business ought to be!
JP helped our buddy get a new Nissan Frontier! It was in great condition, low miles, fair price, and he was so pleasant to work with! They’re very thorough with their information, got him a great rate and even washed it for him before it left the lot - excellent spot!
Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and laid back easy going attitude from everyone here. JP is the chillest and least pushy salesman I’ve ever met with. Had a couple parts that needed replacing on the truck I had just bought there and they got right on it and fixed everything that needed to be fixed no questions asked. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone now after the new ownership. 5/5 would go there again if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle
