WAS SOLD A LEMON 🍋 After what appeared to be a good transaction, the vehicle we bought turned into a nightmare. There was a problem that was initially wrong with the vehicle so they had their mechanic "fix it". Turns out, either their mechanic damaged it, saw it and didn't report it, or did report it and we weren't told that information. I've now had to spend over 3,000 in repairs and looking at even more. I had an excellent experience buying a clean, low mileage pick up truck from Hoo Motors. At first I was hesitant to make the drive from Denver, but after looking at so many vehicles around town that were from rust-belt states, poorly reconditioned, overpriced for what they were, I decided to give them a shot. Walking onto the lot, it was clear they only deal with high quality vehicles. Everything from the test drive to financing was easy. JP and Brett went out of their way to make me a fair deal.
I’ve never had a better experience! I bought my f150 from them and I will continue to shop with them first! They were great at making sure I stayed in my budget. Working with lenders to find my monthly payment I wanted. And the customer service was amazing. They replaced my radio and speakers. They setup the appointment with the mechanic and did all the communication with the shop for me. Plus, very timely on getting my paperwork to the DMV! Highly recommend!!
