The resort itself and it's employees are great. But the main boss Dale has anger issues cause he is short so he yells at his employees and demeans them infront of customers to assert authority over his employees. Stumbled upon this gem hidden just an hour away from Disney, I urge people too take a few days away from the Disney experience and come her for just the best quiet wildlife and chilled out experience Sat on the edge of the St John’s river it’s quite a special place
Friendly staff, quiet environment for a peaceful vacation. The boat ride was exceptional, seeing bald eagle, alligators, unique birds, manatee and a wild boar. Wonderful place.
