This supplier is terrible, I purchased $30,000 of lumber from here and found termites in it and they did not give me any compensation and I could not return the goods. This is a terrible supplier.
Customer service sucks. Unfriendly and they act like I’m inconveniencing them. 👎
Great service, but shop prices. I have ordered some things that prices were compatible and others that were 100's of dollars more the other stores.
I'm not sure why the last few low stars and complaints..I own a successful construction company on Kauai and honsadors is my first choice, and only choice unless for some reason they don't carry a specialty material I need. Brittney gets materials quotes in same day for me if Its immediate and I request it. When they don't carry something they always give me options for special orders if they CAN find a way to get it. I email Honsadors probably on average 5 times a day and always here right back.
Friendly , fast . they do a good job . they cover whatever issue needed . they do safety checks . I thank them for their service on my vehicles. First come first serve . no app.
