I recently made a call to inquire about a part, and I found the female owner to be very rude and unprofessional. Her lack of business etiquette was evident. I simply asked a straightforward question about the part's condition but she became upset and abruptly hung up.
Good price and quality stuff for when we've used them before. Worth checking out.
