Called for an appointment, and they were unwilling to work with me on a date and time that was convenient. I live 90 miles from there, and it is not every day that I travel to Scottsdale. I told the girl that I would just go without and she said great thank you I hope you have a great day So I never received what I needed for my surgery, even though I called 10 days in advance of the time that I would be down there. Just plain poor customer service.
