The nurses and front office staff are all amazing and on top of their stuff, which was the only positive. Wait times are absolutely insane, I was there for 6 hours and talked to my doctor for less than 2 minutes. Privacy is out the window because they have patients sitting in chairs in hallways instead of beds/rooms because of construction. A staff member came up to me and didn't even ask my name, she just started saying my nurse said I was asking to leave which I wasn't. She just walked away without an explanation. When I r... read more

Went to the ED. Was referred over from urgent care because their MD thought I was medically unstable/ needed a higher level of care for respiratory distress. I was literally in the ED hyperventilating, non stop coughing so badly it sounded like a barking seal, and so short of breath I was crying. Nurses, MA, Intake were AMAZING! 5 Stars for them. I appreciate the nurturing way that they cared for me. However, one star is for David Jackson, PA. I am a nurse practitioner. I have been sick for three weeks, to the point where I ... read more

Avoid this location during their construction. It’s a mess with people shoved everywhere and anywhere. We came in an ambulance and they transferred my wife to a rolling chair on the floor, in the middle of the waiting room! I was very upset. You can find better care some place else. Hopefully it’s better once construction is done

Horrible, so tiny and cramped. Looks so cheap like we're in a third world country all dirty and packed with crying babies. Chaos and the wait time is hours long. Still waiting almost three hours. Never again.
