During my first appointment with Dr Mallace, he asked was receptive when I shared concerns about joint aches and muscle pain. He asked questions, and listened and made notes about my responses. After 5 months seeing another rheumatologist who dismissed my pain, and is not part of HonorHealth, I am very encouraged and relieved that Dr Mallace will improve or even resolve my mobility problems.

The Doctor, the front desk staff, blood draws, 5 stars. The Honor Health process of faxing test results (from outside their ecosystem) to a centralized and OVERWHELMED fax number that FAILS TO WORK IS HORRID. When you need a rheumatologist, you're already dealing with significant health issues, Honor Health NEEDS to re-work their system for Receiving Faxes. 1st visit to a RA Dr in over 15 year. I have RA since I was a child. Go in to get help very excited to do so. Find out I can't take the meds due to trying to convince my 1st child. Dr said we can't help you. I then had to ask if we could find out how far it has progressed and where I'm at with this disorder. The Dr wasn't happy about it. I wasn't surprised about the meds.
