The receptionist at the Tatum location was so rude. The point of customer service is to be patient and kind no matter what kind of day they are having. I feel agism played a major role in how she treats people. Just because a person is young or older doesn't mean they should not be treated with with the same respect as every one that walks into their facility. I am so disappointed in how your company chooses to treat me.
I have been going for a quite a while. The facility is always kept spotless. It's on the second floor it does have elevator access, it's light and airy and well maintained. The physical therapists are all extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and very relaxed and calm with patients. The customer service at this facility is exceptional, so much so that I refuse to go anywhere else.
Went to therapy for my hip. 3 weeks ago left with another injury from my therapist. No accountability from therapist or management about my injury. Still have marks on my ankle and need see doctor for this injury. Would never recommend them. Do not want to see this to happen to anyone else.
I have been coming to physical therapy for my knee back in March .... And the staff are wonderful people very professional and my therapist Jordan is a great therapist thank you I would love to give you ten stars
