I started physical therapy for persistent knee pain and was fortunate to be assigned to Alexis W. From the start, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me recover. Her positive energy and sense of humor made each session enjoyable, even when the work was tough. After six weeks, I’ve noticed a big improvement and now have the tools and exercises to keep my knee healthy. Alexis went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend her!
I did a year of pelvic floor therapy and need more therapy. I felt ashamed for coming in because the older lady with short brown hair began telling me “You know you can’t keep coming here forever” Do you think i want to as a 20 year old woman? Extremely off putting and the more i saw her, the more inappropriate comments she made. It’s 100% on her for shaming me when she has no idea about my situation. I stopped getting help, i blame her. I hope you’re happy
